摘 要:硝基化合物一般都具有爆炸的风险,并且硝化反应属于放热反应,温度升高时,硝化反应的速度加快,放出的热量增多,非常容易因温度失控而发生爆炸。针对此问题,基于企业安全生产的原则,对艾普拉唑合成工艺设计中的硝化反应,开展精细化工反应安全风险评估。通过对反应量热研究,分析其对工艺安全影响,评估反应的安全风险。同时,通过增加二氯甲烷和反应物的比例及降低反应温度,能够将反应工艺危险度等级由5级降低为2级,为企业安全生产提供了重要实验基础。Nitro compounds generally have the risk of explosion,and nitrif ication belongs to exothermic reaction.when the temperature increases,the speed of nitrif ication increases,the heat released increases,and it is very easy to explode because the temperature is out of control.In order to solve this problem,based on the principle of enterprise safety production,we carry out f ine chemical reaction safety risk assessment of nitrif ication reaction in the process design of alprazole synthesis process.mainly through the reaction calorimetry research and analysis to evaluate the process safety and draw conclusions to assess the safety risk of the reaction.Finally,by increasing the ratio of dichloromethane to reactants and reducing the temperature,the risk level of the reaction process can be reduced from 5 to 2,which provides an important basis for enterprise safety in production.
