摘 要:对次溴酸钠氧化法进行了研究,分别对实验用水、不同光程比色皿的灵敏度响应、显色前和显色后两种稀释方式进行了对比。通过研究,MiliQ新制超纯水可替代新制蒸馏水作为实验用水,简化了实验流程。选定3 cm比色皿作为吸收池,灵敏度和曲线最为合适。样品浓度小于0.3 mg/L显色前稀释和显色后稀释无差别。按照HJ 168-2010 《环境监测分析方法标准制修订技术导则》对检出限进行了测定,方法检出限为0.001 mg/L。显色后稀释有效缩短了分析时间,节约了试剂,特别适宜于0.1~0.3 mg/L的海水低浓度氨氮样品测定。The sodium hypobromite oxidation method was surveyed and compared with the experimental water,the sensitivity response of different optical path colorimetric dishes,and the two dilution methods before and after color development.Through the research,MiliQ newly ultra-pure water can replace the new distilled water as the experimental water,simplifying the experimental process.3 cm colorimetric dish was selected as the absorption tank,and the sensitivity and linear curve were the most suitable.The concentration of the sample was less than 0.3 mg/L and there was no difference between the dilution before and after color development.The detection limit was determined in accordance to HJ 168—2010“Technical Guidelines for the Preparation and Revision of Environmental Monitoring and Analysis Methods”,and the detection limit of the method was 0.001 mg/L.It is suitable for the determination of low concentration ammonia nitrogen samples from 0.1 mg/L to 0.3 mg/L.
