摘　　要：本文通过构建“基础资源-动态能力-外部环境”的家庭农场可持续成长能力评价理论分析框架和评价指标体系,利用云模型组合赋权法和对湖南省199个农场的调研数据,在筛选优化评价指标的基础上,实证评估家庭农场可持续成长能力,并进一步分析其主要制约因素。研究发现:(1)家庭农场总体可持续成长能力较差,且主要由外部环境支撑,来自内部基础资源和动态能力的贡献明显不足。(2)家庭农场可持续成长能力在不同经营类型、不同农场类型以及不同地区间存在差异。其中,养殖类>种养结合类>种植类,示范农场高于非示范农场,高经济发展水平区依次优于中、低经济发展水平地区。(3)制约家庭农场可持续成长能力的关键因素集中于基础资源和外部环境两个维度。为此,要提升家庭农场可持续成长能力,需增强家庭农场内生成长动力,实施差异化扶持政策,并进一步优化其发展的外部环境。This article constructs a theoretical analysis framework and evaluation index system for the sustainable growth ability of family farms based on the concept of “basic resources dynamic capabilities external environment”.By using cloud model combination weighting method and survey data from 199 farms in Hunan Province,based on the selection and optimization of evaluation indicators,the sustainable growth ability of family farms is empirically evaluated,and its main constraints are further analyzed.The results show that:(1)The sustainable growth ability of family farms is poor on the whole,which is mainly supported by external environment,and the contribution from internal basic resources and dynamic capacity is obviously insufficient.(2)There are differences in the sustainable growth ability of family farms in different operation types,farm types and regions.Among them,breeding farms planting farms cultivation farms,demonstration farms were higher than non-demonstration farms,and areas with high economic development level were successively superior to areas with medium and low levels.(3)The key factors restricting the sustainable growth ability of family farms are concentrated in two dimensions Therefore,in order to improve the sustainable growth ability of family farm,it is necessary to enhance the endogenous growth power of family farms,implement differentiated support policies,and further optimize the external environment for their development.
