摘　　要：全球范围内毒品滥用问题日益加剧,毒品种类越来越多,制造毒品、贩卖毒品、吸食毒品等涉毒现象在相当长一段时间内呈发展蔓延状态,毒品的泛滥直接危害人民的身心健康,并给经济发展和社会进步带来巨大的威胁。另外,新型毒品的成瘾性强、吸食危害性深、戒毒难度大,而且犯罪分子不断创新制毒技术和原材料,犯罪手段日新月异,给毒品的检验和查处带来了巨大的挑战。作为打击毒品违法犯罪活动的利器,涉毒案件毒品物证快速检验技术得到了高度重视和快速发展,该方法实用性强、成本低、简便易操作,自动化程度高,并在涉毒案件物证鉴定中得到了广泛应用。本文在概述涉毒案件毒品物证种类、特点与快速检验目的和原理等基础上,着重介绍了毒品物证快速检验方法种类及其应用,展望其发展趋势,以期为涉毒案件侦破提供更深层次的技术指引,为严厉打击毒品违法犯罪活动、坚决遏制毒品问题蔓延势头提供科学理论指导与实际应用价值。The problem of the illicit drug abuse around the world is increasing day by day,the types of drugs are increasing,drug-related phenomena such as drug manufacturing,drug trafficking and drug consumption have been developing and spreading for a long period of time.The spread of drugs directly endangers people’s physical and mental health and poses a huge threat to economic development and social progress.Moreover,criminals continue to innovate drug production technology and raw materials,and criminal methods are changing with each passing day,which has brought great challenges to the inspection and investigation of drugs.As a sharp tool to combat drug-related criminal activities,the rapid detection technology of drug evidence at the scene of drug-related cases has been highly valued and rapidly developed.The method has strong practicability,low cost,simple and easy operation,high degree of automation,and has been widely used in the identification of physical evidence at the scene of drug-related cases.On the basis of outlining the types,characteristics,purpose and principle of rapid testing of drug evidence at the scene of drug-related cases,this paper focuses on the types and applications of rapid detection methods for drug-related evidence,and looks forward to their development trends,in order to provide deeper technical guidance for the detection of drug-related cases,and provide scientific theoretical guidance and practical application value for severely cracking down on drug-related criminal activities and resolutely curbing the spread of drug problems.
