藏药十五味萝蒂明目片致过敏反应1例

摘　　要：十五味萝蒂明目片是传统藏药,具有清肝、明目之功效,可用于早期白内障、结膜炎的治疗,其作用机制可能与增加晶状体上皮细胞内抗氧化蛋白的基因表达水平,增强晶状体抗氧化的能力,减轻紫外线诱导的晶状体的氧化损伤程度,减轻晶状体的灰度值的升高,进而改善白内障症状有关。经查阅文献,未发现有关于该药不良反应的报道,但临床使用中仍需要关注其安全性。本文报道一例服用十五味萝蒂明目片后致过敏的不良反应案例,以期为临床治疗提供参考。Shiwuwei Luodi Mingmu Tablet is a traditional Tibetan medicine.It has the effect of clearing the liver and brightening the eyes,and can be used for the treatment of early cataracts and conjunctivitis.Its mechanism may be related to increasing the level of the gene expression of antioxidant protein in lens epithelial cells,enhancing the antioxidant capacity of lens,reducing the degree of oxidative damage of lens induced by ultraviolet rays,reducing the increase of gray value of lens,and then improving the of symptoms cataract.By consulting the literature,we find that there is no report of adverse reactions about this medicine,but its safety still needs to be paid attention to in clinical use.This paper reports a case of anaphylaxis after taking Shiwuwei Luodi Mingmu Tablet,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.
