柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合左西替利嗪治疗血虚肝郁型老年瘙痒症的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:观察柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合左西替利嗪治疗血虚肝郁型老年瘙痒症的疗效。方法:选取2021年3月-2022年8月本院收治的SP患者共80例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组给予盐酸左西替利嗪片及维生素E乳治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤随证加减治疗。比较两组治疗疗效、瘙痒及睡眠积分、复发情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后瘙痒程度积分及睡眠影响积分低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合盐酸左西替利嗪治疗血虚肝郁型老年瘙痒症的疗效确切,具有明显的止痒、改善患者睡眠的作用,且可降低复发概率。Objective:To observe the effect of Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction combined with Levocetirizine in the treatment of senile pruritus of blood deficiency and liver depression.Methods:A total of 80 SP patients admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to August 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets and vitamin E emulsion.On the basis of the control group,the study group was given Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction.The therapeutic effect,pruritus and sleep scores,and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of pruritus degree and sleep effect in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction combined with levocetirizine hydrochloride in the treatment of senile pruritus of blood deficiency and liver depression is effective,which has obvious antipruritic and sleep improvement effects,and can reduce the recurrence rate.
