摘 要:目的:探讨口腔颌面外科住院患者营养风险发生的相关危险因素分析。方法:选取2018年4月至2019年6月青岛市口腔医院口腔颌面外科住院患者80例作为研究对象。通过问卷调查的方式,收集患者基本资料及营养风险发生情况。通过单因素分析影响口腔颌面外科住院患者发生营养风险的相关危险因素,通过多因素logistic回归分析影响口腔颌面外科住院患者发生营养风险的独立危险因素。结果:80例口腔颌面外科住院患者中,共有10例患者存在营养风险,占比12.5%;70例患者未存在营养风险,占比87.5%;单因素分析结果显示,年龄、居住地、家庭人均月收入、合并糖尿病、疾病种类、营养不足、体重指数(BMI)及营养支持是影响口腔颌面外科住院患者发生营养风险的相关因素(P<0.05);多因素分析结果显示,年龄、疾病种类、营养不足及营养支持是影响口腔颌面外科住院患者发生营养风险的独立危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论:该院口腔颌面外科收治的80例口腔颌面外科住院患者中,营养风险发生率为12.5,年龄、疾病种类、营养不足及营养支持是影响患者发生营养风险的独立危险因素;提示口腔颌面外科医护人员应对住院患者营养风险予以重视,并针对相关危险因素制定相应干预措施,以提升患者的营养状况,从而避免营养风险的发生。Objective To explore the risk factors of nutrition risk in patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial surgery.Methods From April 2018 to June 2019,80 inpatients of oral and maxillofacial surgery of Qingdao Stomatological Hospital were selected as the subjects.The basic data and nutritional risk of patients were collected by questionnaire.A single factor analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of nutrition risk in inpatients with oral and maxillofacial surgery.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the independent risk factors affecting the nutritional risk of patients in oral and maxillofacial sugery.Results Among 80 patients in oral and maxillofacial surgery,10 patients had nutritional risk,accounting for 12.5%.Seventy patients had no nutritional risk,accounting for 87.5%.The results of single factor analysis showed that age,place of residence,per capita monthly family income,combined diabetes mellitus,disease type,undernutrition,body mass index(BMI)and nutritional support were the related factors affecting the nutritional risk of oral and maxillofacial surgery inpatients(P<0.05).The results of multi-factor analysis showed that age,disease type,nutritional deficiency and nutritional support were independent risk factors affecting the nutritional risk of patients in oral and maxillofacial surgery(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions The incidence of nutritional risk was 12.5%among 80 patients admitted to the department oral and maxillofacial surgery.Age,disease type,nutritional deficiency and nutritional support were the independent risk factors affecting the development of nutritional risk.It is suggested that the medical staff of oral and maxillofacial surgery should pay attention to the nutritional risk of inpatients,and formulate corresponding intervention measures according to relevant risk factors to improve the nutritional status of patients,so as to avoid the occurrence of nutritional risk.
