摘 要:“双碳”战略目标提出以来,我国能源将迎来一次根本性改革,煤炭资源型城市加快绿色转型已成为当务之急。城市经济韧性与碳承载力的耦合协调发展有利于快速实现煤炭资源型城市的绿色转型。基于煤炭资源型城市经济韧性与碳承载力的耦合效应分析,采用耦合协调度模型、地理加权回归模型,分析2013—2018年24个煤炭资源型城市经济韧性与碳承载力耦合协调水平、空间动态变化以及驱动机制。研究发现:煤炭资源型城市经济韧性与碳承载力耦合协调度呈现“中东高,西部低”的分布特征,中级耦合与高级耦合城市占大多数,且“碳承载力滞后”型城市居多。影响城市经济韧性与碳承载力交互耦合的因素空间差异性较显著,且第三产业经济韧性能力对两者耦合影响性显著。根据得到的结果,提出相应的对策建议。With the“double carbon”strategic goal proposed,China's energy will usher in a fundamental reform,coal resource-based cities to speed up the green transformation has become a top priority.The coupling and coordinated development of urban economic resilience and carbon carrying capacity is conducive to the rapid realization of green transformation of coal resource-based cities.Based on the coupling effect analysis of economic resilience and carbon carrying capacity of coal resource-based cities,this paper uses coupling coordination degree model and geographically weighted regression model to analyze the coupling coordination level,spatial dynamic change and driving mechanism of economic resilience and carbon carrying capacity of 24 coal resource-based cities from 2013 to 2018.The results show that:the coupling co scheduling of economic resilience and carbon carrying capacity of coal resource-based cities presents the distribution characteristics of“high in the Middle East,low in the west”,the middle coupling and high coupling cities account for the majority,and the“carbon carrying capacity lag”type cities are in the majority.The spatial differences of the factors affecting the coupling between urban economic resilience and carbon carrying capacity are significant,and the economic resilience of the tertiary industry has a significant impact on the coupling.According to the results,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
