摘 要:进入加快建设交通强国的新阶段,相对于综合交通运输建设成就,我国综合交通运输理论存在系统性不足、问题不聚焦和与实践脱节等问题。本文在系统总结我国综合交通运输发展历程的基础上,从理论基础、理论根基、理论遵循和理论支撑等方面,搭建了中国特色的综合交通运输理论体系框架,提出了基础理论和应用理论的重点问题。结合加快建设交通强国的总体要求,围绕“安全、便捷、高效、绿色、经济”的价值取向,提出了现代综合交通运输体系的发展方向。The industry has entered a new stage of accelerating the construction of a country with strong transportation network.Compared to the achievements in comprehensive transportation construction,China′s comprehensive transportation theory has such problems as systemic deficiencies,unfocused problems,and disconnection from practice.Based on a systematic summary of the development process of comprehensive transportation in China,this article constructed a theoretical framework for comprehensive transportation with Chinese characteristics from the perspectives of theoretical foundation,theoretical origins,theoretical adherence,and theoretical support,ther proposed key issues for basic theory and applied theory.Based on the overall requirements of accelerating the construction of a country with strong transportation and the value orientation of safety,convenience,efficiency,green and economy,the development direction of a modern comprehensive transportation system was proposed.
