摘 要:综合运输通道是综合交通运输体系的主骨架。为科学认识其发展规律、做好规划研究工作,首先总结了国内外综合运输通道发展实践,研究了综合运输通道的概念、类型、特征、形成发展机理等基本理论问题,然后分析了我国综合运输通道建设进展,并展望了未来一段时期我国综合运输通道发展趋势和具体举措。最后,以广深港通道为例,基于交通运输和经济、人口、用地等统计数据、手机信令和地图位置服务等多源数据融合,运用综合考虑系统效率、服务水平及资源利用水平的系统最优化理论和模型,对综合运输通道规划技术方法创新进行了探索。Comprehensive transportation corridor is the main skeleton of comprehensive transportation system.In order to scientifically understand the development rule and do well in planning research of comprehensive transportation corridor,this paper summarizes the development of comprehensive transportation corridor at home and abroad,and studies some fundamental theoretical issues such as its concept,type,characteristics and formation mechanisms.The paper also analyzes China′s progress in constructing comprehensive transportation corridors,anticipates its future development trend and proposes some specific measures for innovation of comprehensive transportation corridor.Finally,taking Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong corridor as an example,the paper explores the innovative planning methods of comprehensive transportation corridor based on the multi-source data fusion of statistical data such as transportation,economic,population and land use,mobile phone signaling and map location based services,applying system optimization theories and models that comprehensively consider system efficiency,service level,and resource utilization level.
