摘　　要：目的:探讨以“萨提亚冰山理论”为核心的心理护理对青少年抑郁症患者的临床应用效果。方法:选取2019年7月~2021年2月于芜湖市第四人民医院住院治疗的80例青少年抑郁障碍患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组各40例。两组患者均接受抗抑郁药物治疗和一般心理护理,研究组在此基础上实施以“萨提亚冰山理论”为核心的心理护理。采用认知情绪调节问卷(CERQ-C)、社会功能评定量表(SSPI)进行评定,比较两组患者认知情绪和社会功能的变化。结果:研究组干预3周末和6周末CERQ-C负性情绪得分均低于对照组(P<0.05),而积极情绪得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组SSPI总分和日常生活能力、社会性活动技能维度得分干预3周末和6周末高于对照组,活动与交往情况得分干预6周末也高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:以“萨提亚冰山理论”为核心的心理护理,能改善青少年抑郁症患者认知情绪,提高其社会功能。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of psychological nursing based on Satir′s iceberg theory in adolescents with depression.Methods:Eighty adolescent with depressive disorder,treated in hospital on hospitalization basis,were included from July 2019 to February 2021,and randomized to control group and observational group(n=40 in each group).Patients in the two groups underwent antidepressant medication and general psychological nursing,and those in the observational group were given additional psychological nursing based on Satirl iceberg theory.The Cognitive Mood Scale(CERQ-C)and Social Function Scale(SSPI)were used to evaluate and compare the change of cognitive mood and social function in both groups.Results:At week 3 and week 6,the scores on negative emotions were lower,yet the scores on positive emotions were higher in the observational group than in the control group(both P<0.05).The total scores on SSPI and components of daily living ability and social activity skills were higher in the observational group than in the control group at week 3 and week 6,and the activities and communication were also higher in the observational group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing based on Satir iceberg theory may improve the cognitive emotion and social function in adolescents with depression.
