摘　　要：参考国内外医养结合机构服务标准,采用文献研究法、半结构式访谈法和德尔菲法,构建了医养结合机构服务标准体系。该体系分为基本要求、服务内容、机构管理、服务标准评价与持续评价4个维度;指标体系包括4个一级指标,23个二级指标和47个三级指标。医养结合机构服务标准体系的构建可为医养结合服务管理、质量提升提供参考依据。Based on the service standards of medical and elderly care institutions at home and abroad,the paper constructs the service standard system of medical and elderly care institutions by literature research,semi-structured interview and Delphi method.The system is divided into four dimensions:basic requirements,service content,institutional management,and service standard evaluation and continuous evaluation.The index system consists of 4 first-level indicators,23 second-level indicators and 47 third-level indicators.The construction of the service standard system of medical and elderly care institutions can provide a reference for the management and quality improvement of medical and elderly care services.
