不同显色剂对热敏记录材料发色和保存性能的影响

摘  要:选用酚类显色剂A、B、C和非酚类显色剂D、E,分别与荧烷染料红色素16进行显色反应,经涂布干燥得到热敏记录材料。通过对比发色性能、底色灰雾和白度、保存性能和防水性能等筛选出最佳的显色剂为环保型的非酚类显色剂D。显色剂D组热敏记录材料打印后最大密度可达2.02,且高温高湿下底色几乎无变化,发色保留率和老化发色保留率均可达到90%以上。In this paper,phenolic developer A,B,C and non-phenolic developer D and E were selected to react with fluorane dye red pigment 16,respectively.After coating and drying,thermal recording materials were obtained.By comparing the color performance,background gray fog and whiteness,preservation performance and waterproofing performance,the best color developer was the enviromental non-phenolic color developer D.The maximum density of the thermal recording material of the color developer D group can reach 2.02 after printing,and the base color has almost no change under high temperature and high humidity,and the color retention rate and aging color retention rate can reach more than 90%.
