摘  要:工业射线胶片(以下简称“工业片”)乳剂为T颗粒乳剂。因其卤化银颗粒粒径大、颗粒薄,形态比高且颗粒均匀等外观特性,应用在胶片上表现出高感光度,良好的清晰度和颗粒性等特性,同时大大降低胶片涂层银量。通过生产中对于设备的设计、改进,工艺参数的优化,研究出一整套控制颗粒尺寸及形态的方法,在保证颗粒均一性的同时做到能够精准控制卤化银颗粒大小,既能提高乳剂性能又能提高质量稳定性。The emulsion of industrial radiographic film is T-particle emulsion.Because of its appearance characteristics such as large particle size,thin particle,high shape ratio and uniform particle,it shows high sensitivity,good clarity and graininess when applied to the film,and greatly reduces the silver content of the film coating.Through the design and improvement of equipment and the optimization of process parameters in production,a complete set of methods for controlling particle size and shape has been developed,which can accurately control particle size while ensuring particle uniformity,which can improve the emulsion performance and quality stability.
