摘  要:昆明综合交通国际枢纽项目位于昆明市官渡区核心区域,紧邻昆明地铁4号线和6号线,周边环境极为复杂。该项目基坑规模大,环境保护要求高,同时业主对工期要求极为严苛。基坑原设计总体采用顺作法实施方案,支护结构采用地下连续墙结合3道混凝土水平支撑体系。为加快塔楼工期,支撑体系采取了“组合圆环结合对撑角撑”的布置形式,有效避让了大部分塔楼竖向构件。结合首道支撑设置的施工栈桥及下坑坡道同样有利于缩短工期。为实现全部塔楼能够快速施工出地面的建设要求,本工程进一步采用了异步拆换撑的设计方案,即遮挡塔楼竖向构件的支撑先于其他区域进行拆除,并进行对应位置主体结构施工。异步拆换撑设计首先应保证部分支撑拆除后剩余支撑体系的受力安全,其次应保证先期施工的有限跨结构受力安全。The Kunming Integrated Transport International Hub Project is located in the core area of Guandu District,Kunming.Being close to protected objects such as Kunming Metro Line 4 and Line 6,its surrounding environment is extremely complex.The foundation excavation of the project is large in scale and high in environmental protection requirements.In addition,the owner is extremely strict with the construction period.The original design of the foundation excavation generally adopts the sequential construction method,and the supporting structure adopts an underground continuous wall combined with three concrete horizontal support systems.To accelerate the construction period of the tower,the support system adopts the layout form of“composite ring combined with diagonal bracing”,effectively avoiding most of the vertical components of the tower.The combination with the construction bridge and ramp of the first support is also conducive to the acceleration of the construction period.To meet the construction requirements that all towers can be constructed out of the ground quickly,the project further adopts the design scheme of asynchronous removal and replacement of bracing,that is,the bracing that blocks the tower vertical members shall be removed prior to other areas,and the construction of the main structure at the corresponding location shall be carried out.The design of asynchronous support removal and replacement shall first ensure the stress safety of the remaining support system after the removal of the partial supports,and second,it should ensure the stress safety of the finite-span structure constructed in advance.
