摘  要:采用桩锚支护形式的深基坑向下开挖后,时常在锚索锚头出现不同程度的渗漏水现象。为消除锚索漏水对基坑造成的安全隐患,目前有多种堵漏方法,但这些堵漏处理均属于事后补救,需要重新钻孔、埋管、注浆,有的需要搭设脚手架施工,给现场施工带来较大的影响。为更好地解决预应力锚索渗漏水问题,将事后处理转变为事先预防性控制,介绍了一种预应力锚索预埋管防堵漏施工技术,通过事先在冠(腰)梁处预埋注浆管进入预应力锚索通道内,当出现渗漏时向预埋注浆管灌入环氧树脂,将渗水通道阻塞,达到堵漏效果。Different degrees of water leakage often occur at the anchor head and anchor cable when a deep foundation excavation in the form of pile-anchor support is excavated downward.To eliminate the potential safety hazards caused by anchor cable leakage to the foundation excavation,there are currently a variety of plugging methods,which,however,are all after-the-fact remedies and have a great impact on site construction as redrilling,burying pipe,grouting,and even setting up scaffolding for construction are needed.To better solve the problem of water leakage from prestressed anchor cables,post-processing is transformed into preventive control in advance.In this paper,a kind of construction technology of preembedded pipe anti-leakage of prestressed anchor cable is introduced.By pre-embedding the grouting pipe at the crown(waist)beam and entering the prestressed anchor cable channel in advance,once leakage occurs,epoxy resin is injected into the pre-embedded grouting pipe to block the leakage channel and achieve the effect of leakage sealing.
