摘 要:为解决因地层变化出现的顶管破岩进尺困难、管节环向裂缝发育问题,在现场钻孔取岩措施收效甚微的情况下,研究采用现场观测、数值模拟、理论分析的方式,揭示了机头刀盘破岩级配差、顶力提升与偏心加载下管节劣化的现状,提出了地表钻孔采用“旋挖钻孔+破碎剂药孔”联合破岩的施工工艺,并利用现场试验数据总结施工技术参数,结合既有条件形成了大口径顶管静爆穿越灰岩层施工关键技术。通过设计沿中线对称分布双排直径80 cm旋挖孔,配合3排等间距50 cm、最小抵抗线45~50 cm布设的直径70 mm破碎剂药孔,采用钻孔回填后分区分组拌合装药工艺,有效解决了项目施工难题。To solve the problems of difficult footage of rock breaking by pipe jacking and circumferential crack development of pipe joints due to stratigraphic changes,under the condition of little effect of rock extraction measures in field drilling,a mode of field observation,numerical simulation,and theoretical analysis is adopted in the research to reveal the current situation of poor rock-breaking grade of the head cutter,the deterioration of pipe joints under top force lifting and eccentric loading,and an integrated construction technology of“rotary drilling+crush agent hole”in surface drilling is proposed.Moreover,the technical parameters of construction are summarized by field test data,and the key technology for construction of large diameter pipe jacking through the tuff layer by static explosion is formed by combining with the existing conditions.Through the design of two rows of 80 cm rotary drilling holes symmetrically distributed along the central line,combined with three rows of 70 mm crushing agent holes with equal spacing of 50 cm and a minimum resistance line of 45~50 cm,the construction problems of the project are effectively solved by using the technology of zoning and grouping mixing charge after drillhole backfilling.
