摘 要:针对城市综合管廊现行相关技术标准要求设置变形缝数量较多不利于后期运营维护的问题,运用在地基约束下地下混凝土结构温度收缩应力、应变分析方法对典型城市综合管廊结构进行计算分析,结果表明,城市综合管廊结构变形缝间距与管廊周围所受岩土约束情况密切相关。通过对影响城市综合管廊温度收缩应力相关因素的分析,总结了减少管廊温度收缩应力的主要技术措施,指出设置滑动层、采用跳仓法或后浇带法施工是关键性技术措施。通过计算分析及工程案例说明,在采取适当技术措施的条件下可放宽对综合管廊变形缝间距的限制,减少变形缝数量,减少后期运营阶段维护维修工作量,提高管廊的综合经济效益。The current relevant technical standards of urban utility tunnel require that the number of deformation joints is not conducive to the later operation and maintenance.The temperature shrinkage stress-strain analysis method of underground concrete structure under the constraint of foundation is used to calculate and analyze the typical urban utility tunnel structure.The results show that the deformation joint spacing of urban utility tunnel structure is closely related to the geotechnical constraints around the utility tunnel.Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the temperature shrinkage stress of the urban utility tunnel,the main technical measures to reduce the temperature shrinkage stress of the utility tunnel are summarized.It is pointed out that the key technical measures are to set the sliding layer and to use the method of jumping the warehouse or the method of post-pouring belt.Through calculation analysis and engineering cases,it is shown that under the condition of taking appropriate technical measures,the restrictions on the space between deformation joints of the utility tunnel can be relaxed,the number of deformation joints can be reduced,the maintenance workload in the later operation stage can be reduced,and the comprehensive economic benefits of the utility tunnel can be improved.
