摘 要:为了探究双辊薄带振动铸轧技术中,艺参数对振动铸轧熔池流场和温度场的影响,采用有限元软件构建了双辊薄带振动铸轧熔池仿真模型。基于该模型,研究铜带厚度、铝板出口厚度和铸轧速度对熔池流场和温度场的影响,并通过轧辊急停获得双辊薄带振动铸轧熔池切片,验证了该模型的准确性。结果表明:铜带厚度、铝板出口厚度和铸轧速度对熔池流场的影响与轧辊振动相位有关,工艺参数与轧辊振动共同改变熔池流场。工艺参数变化对熔池上部温度场影响较小,对熔池下部尤其是熔池底部温度场影响较大。In order to study the influence of process parameters on the temperature field and flow field of the molten pool in twin-roll thin-strip vibration casting technology,a finite element software was used to construct a simulation model for the molten pool of double roll thin strip vibration casting and rolling.Based on the simulation model,the effects of copper strip thickness,aluminum plate outlet thickness and roll casting speed on the flow field and temperature field of the molten pool were studied.A molten pool slice of twin-roll thin-strip vibration casting was obtained by roll emergency stop,and the accuracy of the model was verified.The results show that the effects of the thickness of copper strip,the thickness of aluminum plate outlet and the casting speed on the flow field in the molten pool are related to the phase of roll vibration,and the process parameters and roll vibration change the flow field in the molten pool together.The changes of process parameters have little effect on the temperature field in the upper part of the molten pool,but have a greater effect on the temperature field in the lower part of the molten pool,especially at the bottom of the molten pool.
