摘 要:本文制备了一种具有多活性基团的表面活性剂O-乙基-N-苯甲酰基硫代氨基甲酸酯(EBZTC),并将其用作黄铜矿和黄铁矿分离的浮选捕收剂。浮选实验表明,与传统捕收剂乙硫氨酯(IPETC)相比,EBZTC表现出对黄铜矿和黄铁矿更好的选择性。密度泛函理论计算表明,在硫氨酯分子中引入酰基可以提高其对黄铜矿的螯合能力和浮选选择性。紫外光谱、Zeta电位和XPS分析结果显示,EBZTC分子通过C=O和C=S基团与黄铜矿发生化学反应而吸附在其表面,并在其表面形成C—O—Cu和C—S—Cu键,而EBZTC在黄铁矿表面没有明显的吸附。The development of surfactants with high selectivity and strong collecting abilitiesis is of great significance for the efficient enrichment of copper sulfide minerals.Herein,we prepared a multifunctional surfactant of O-ethyl-N-benzoyl thionocarbamate(EBZTC),acting as a collector for the separation of chalcopyrite from pyrite.The flotation experimental results indicate that EBZTC is a preferable collector for separating of chalcopyrite from pyrite in comparison with IPETC.DFT calculation reveals that the introduction of acyl into the thionocarbamate molecule can improve its chelating ability and flotation selectivity for the separation of chalcopyrite and pyrite.UV spectroscopy,zeta potential and XPS analyses confirm that EBZTC is chemisorbed on the chalcopyrite surface through the chemical reactions of C=O and C=S groups to the copper species with the formation of C—O—Cu and C—S—Cu,without obvious adsorption of EBZTC on pyrite surface is observed.
