摘  要:建立2,2′-亚甲基双-(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚),即抗氧剂2246,在橡胶制品中的气相色谱质谱法。样品用二氯甲烷∶正己烷(1∶1)超声萃取,气相色谱质谱检测。结果表明,抗氧剂2246的质量浓度在1~50 mg/L范围内与峰面积的线性相关系数为0.9993,方法检出限为14 mg/kg,平均加标回收率为97%~113%,相对标准偏差为2%~3%。该方法分析时间短、精密度好,适用于橡胶制品中抗氧剂2246的快速检测。The method for determination of 2,2'-methylenebis(4-methyl-6-tert-butylphenol),also named as antioxidant 2246,in rubber by GC-MS.A sample wass extracted by ultrasonic in dichloromethane∶hexane(1∶1)and GC-MS.The results showed that the mass concentration of antioxidant 2246 had a good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area in the range of 1~50 mg/L,its correlation coefficient was 0.9993.The method detection limit was 14 mg/kg,the average of recoveries ranges from 97%to 113%,the relative standard deviation was 2%~3%.This method can separate the target compound in short time with good precision.It is very suitable for the rapid determination of antioxidant 2246 in rubber.
