摘  要:利用气相色谱法测定建筑防水涂料中游离TDI含量,研究了进样口温度对测试结果的影响。实验表明,进样口温度:150℃;柱温度:150℃;检测器温度:250℃的测试条件为最佳色谱条件。同时,对该方法测定涂料中游离TDI过程中的各因素进行了不确定度的分析评定。当测定样品中TDI含量为1.74 g/kg时,其扩展不确定度为(1.74±0.058)g/kg,k=2。结果表明:重复性不确定度、标物的不确定度和气相色谱仪的性能对不确定度的贡献较大。The content of free TDI in building waterproof coating was determined by gas chromatography.The experimental results showed that the best chromatographic conditions were as follows:the inlet temperature was 150℃,the gasification chamber temperature was 150℃,the detector temperature was 250℃:At the same time,the uncertainty of various factors in the determination of free TDI in coatings by this method was analyzed and evaluated.When TDI content was 1.74 g/kg,the extended uncertainty was(1.74±0.058)g/kg,k=2.The results showed that the repeatability uncertainty,the standard uncertainty and the performance of gas chromatograph contributed greatly to the uncertainty.
