摘 要:为探究钢制高压储氢瓶式容器在制造缺陷及使用缺陷状况下安全使用状况,研发了一种高压储氢瓶式容器缺陷模拟样瓶,样瓶能够用于研究高压储氢瓶式容器的在制造及使用中出现的折叠、截面突变、裂痕、腐蚀、凹陷、鼓包、磨损、弯曲等缺陷,具有结构紧凑、制作方便等特点。解决了缺乏高压储氢瓶式容器缺陷模拟样瓶的需求,并为钢制高压储氢瓶式容器相关缺陷后期评价标准的制定奠定了研究基础。In order to explore the safe use of steel high-pressure hydrogen storage bottle containers under the conditions of manufacturing defects and use defects,a high-pressure hydrogen storage bottle defect simulation bottle was developed,which can be used to study the folding,cross section mutation,crack,corrosion,sag,bulge,wear,bending and other defects in the manufacture and use of high-pressure hydrogen storage bottle vessels.It had the characteristics of compact structure and convenient manufacture.The need of simulating sample bottles for lack of high pressure hydrogen storage bottle type vessel defects was solved,and a research foundation was laid for the formulation of the later evaluation standard of the related defects of steel high pressure hydrogen storage bottle vessels.
