摘  要:针对在煤焦油全馏分加氢技术中甲基环己烷的产出含量问题,发现主要存在2,5-二甲基环己烷浓度过高,影响品质,从而导致产品纯度波动大,造成产品收率降低,装置能耗增大。后通过增加管线、二次提纯、控制产出、降低负荷等方法成功的降低甲基环己烷中的2,5-二甲基环己烷含量,将甲基环己烷纯度由99.3%提升至99.6%,同时降低甲基环己烷生产所需的蒸汽消耗,预计可增加收益超400万元。To solve the question which methylcyclohexane yield in fullfraction coal tar hydrogenation technology,the main reason was found that the concentration of 2,5-dimethylcyclohexane was too high,which affected the quality,resulting in large fluctuations in product purity,resulting in lower product yield and increased energy consumption of the device.Some methods like adding pipelines,secondary purification,controlling output,decrease load were used,the concerntration of 2,5-dimethylcyclohexane was decreased successfully,and methylcyclohexane yield increased 99.3%to 99.6%.Meanwhile,it could increase profit beyond 4 million RMB because of the steam consumption decreasing during methylcyclohexane process.
