摘　　要：智慧档案馆是档案馆的“智慧”业态,是为满足国家社会、组织机构、公众用户等各类智慧服务需求,而进行相应要素组合并协同作用,以此形成的运行和服务状态。文章从档案馆业态角度出发,深入探讨智慧档案馆业态的“智慧”,将业态要素分为基于关联的档案资源、基于交互的参与人员、基于感知的馆库设施、基于计算的数据技术,并构建包括内建层、外延层和融合层的智慧档案馆业态的建设体系,以期为档案馆工作的“智慧”发展提供更加具体和实际的理论支撑。Smart archive is a"smart"business model for archives,which is a state of operation and service formed by the combination and synergy of corresponding elements to meet the various smart service needs of the society,organizations and public users.This paper discusses the"smart"of the smart archives business model from the perspective of the archives business model,and divides the business model elements into archival resources based on association,people based on interaction,repository facilities based on perception,and data technology based on calculation.The construction system of the smart archives,including the internal construction layer,the external extension layer and the integration layer,will provide more concrete and practical theoretical support for the development of the"smart"of archives.
