摘　　要：数字档案馆建设是档案工作实现数字化转型的重要步骤。文章以35个全国示范数字档案馆门户网站为调研对象,重点调查了网站建设、功能板块设计、服务流程设置、数字资源配置的基本情况,发现存在门户网站建设差距大、功能板块设计不科学、线上服务流程欠规范、数字资源整合不足等问题。为了加快数字档案馆建设,对接全国档案信息资源共享平台,可以从建立数字共享平台、合理规划各级栏目、规范线上查档流程、了解馆藏并进行分类整合等方面进行优化。The construction of digital archives is an important step for the digital transformation of archival work.Taking 35 national demonstration digital archives portals as the research object,the paper focused on the basic situation of website construction,functional modules design,service process setting,and digital resource allocation,and found that there were problems such as large gaps in portal construction,unscientific functional modules design,unstandardized online service processes,and insufficient integration of digital resources.In order to accelerate the construction of digital archives and dock with the national archival information resource sharing platform,it can be optimized from the aspects of establishing a digital sharing platform,rationally planning columns at all levels,standardizing the online file retrieval process,understanding,classifying and integrating the collection.
