论域、动力和中国式特征:国外学者论中国现代化

摘　　要：“中国式现代化”概念和命题提出以来,国外学者对此研究尚不充分,还没有成为国外研究中国现代化之路的特有范式,但国际社会较早就关注并研究中国现代化,形成了较为丰富的研究成果。一是探讨了中国现代化建设的主要面向,主要聚焦于经济、政治和生态领域;二是分析了中国现代化道路成功的动力逻辑,主要包括中国共产党提供的保障性动力、基于国情的现实性动力以及坚持独立自主和对外开放相统一的过程性动力;三是阐释了中国现代化的中国式特征,即共同富裕的现代化、走和平发展道路的现代化和人民逻辑的现代化。国外学者还认为中国现代化的中国式特征在打破西方现代化的唯一性、拓展发展中国家走向现代化的途径、促进世界共同发展、维护国际和平稳定等方面产生了重大影响。系统整理和归纳国外学者关于中国现代化的研究成果和基本观点,有助于进一步推进对中国现代化的国际比较研究和整体研究。Until now,the Chinese path to modernization has not been fully studied outside China,thus the paradigm of foreign studies on the Chinese path to modernization has not formed.However,foreign scholars have done plenty of studies on Chinese modernization which can be summarized in the following three aspects.Firstly,the main areas of Chinese modernization such as the economy,politics,and ecology are focused.Secondly,the reasons why Chinese modernization can succeed are investigated from the perspectives of leadership,national conditions,and processes.Finally,they have elaborated on the Chinese characteristics of China’s modernization,including modernization with common prosperity,modernization with a path of peaceful development,and modernization based on the logic of the people.They also believe that the Chinese characteristics have had a significant impact on breaking the uniqueness of Western modernization,expanding the modernization path for developing countries,promoting common development in the world,and maintaining international peace and stability.Systematically summarizing the research results and basic viewpoints of foreign scholars concerning Chinese modernization will help further promote international comparative and holistic research on Chinese modernization.
