摘　　要：数字乡村建设对于提高农民收入水平具有重要意义。数字乡村建设可通过提高农业质效、拓宽就业渠道和优化资源配置等方式进而提高农民经营性收入、工资性收入和财产性收入水平。大力推进数字乡村建设仍面临数字基础设施发展水平不高、农业农村大数据应用有限、数字人才匮乏、资金供给短缺和技术创新不足等现实困境。应通过提升农业数字基础设施水平、推动农业农村大数据应用场景发展、培养和引进数字人才、增加资金投入和提升技术创新力等途径来推动数字乡村发展,带动农民收入水平的提高。The construction of digital rural areas is crucial for improving the rural income.It can increase the operating income,wage income,and property income by enhancing the quality and efficiency of agriculture,creating new employment opportunities,and optimizing resource allocation.However,the vigorous promotion of digital rural construction faces challenges such as the low level of digital infrastructure development,limited application of big data in agriculture and rural areas,shortage of digital talent,inadequate capital supply,and insufficient technological innovation.To address these challenges and promote the development of digital rural areas,efforts should be made to improve the level of agricultural digital infrastructure,promote the development of agricultural and rural big data applications,cultivate and attract digital talent,increase capital investment,and enhance technological innovation.These measures can help improve the rural income.
