摘  要:目的探讨热应激对小鼠血液生化指标的影响。方法实验从25℃对照组和42℃热应激第7、14、21、28天,各选取4只小鼠进行血液生化指标的测定。血液生化指标包括小鼠血清Na^(+)、K^(+)、Cl^(-)、血清总蛋白(TP)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)。采用罗氏全自动生化分析仪进行测定。其中Na^(+)、K^(+)、Cl^(-)采用离子选择电极法;血清总蛋白采用双缩脲法;白蛋白采用溴甲酚绿法;ALT、AST、LDH、ALP采用速率法。结果热应激7、14、21和28 d,小鼠血清中的Na^(+)浓度较对照组偏高,而K^(+)浓度均较对照组偏低,但是各组之间不存显著差异。Cl^(-)浓度较对照组在第28天时显著增高(P<0.05)。TP含量在各个时期不存在显著差异,而ALB的含量在第28天显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。热应激组AST、LDH、ALP浓度在第21天时显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论热应激提高了小鼠血清中ALT、AST、LDH、ALP浓度。Objective To explore the effect of heat stress on blood biochemical indicators in mice.Method The control group(25℃)and heat stress group(42℃)contained 4 mice,respectively.For each group,we investigated the blood biochemical indicators on the 7^(th),14^(th),21^(th) and 28^(th) days.The blood biochemical indicators included Na^(+),K^(+),Cl^(-),TP,ALB,ALT,AST,LDH and ALP,and were tested using Rocky automatic biochemical analyzer.The Na^(+),K^(+),Cl^(-)used the ion-selective electrode method,TP used the biuret method,ALB used the bromocresol green method,and ALT,AST,LDH and ALP used the rate method.Result On the 7^(th),14^(th),21^(th) and 28^(th) day of the heat stress group,the serum Na^(+)concentration was higher than those in the control group,the serum K^(+)concentration was lower than those in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups.The serum Cl^(-)concentration of the heat stress group was significantly higher than the control group only on the 28^(th) day(P<0.05).TP level showed no significant difference in each period,while the ALB level of the heat stress group was significantly higher than the control group on the 28^(th) day(P<0.01).The AST,LDH and ALP concentrations of the heat stress group were significantly higher than the the control group on the 21^(th) day(P<0.05).Conclusion Heat stress can increase the concentration of the ALT,AST,LDH and ALP.
