摘 要:目的证实经过训练的犬嗅辨人类肺癌的敏感性和特异性。方法采集25例肺癌患者和127例对照组志愿者血液,分离血清后采用双盲实验方法,检测犬嗅辨人类肺癌的敏感性和特异性。结果经计算,犬嗅辨肺癌的敏感性为100%(95%CI:86.3%~100.0%),特异性为99.2%(95%CI:95.7%~99.9%),阳性预测值(犬嗅辨为阳性的临床确诊肺癌患者的比例)为96.2%(95%CI:78.0%~99.4%),阴性预测值(犬嗅辨为阴性的无肺癌参与者的比例)为100%,准确率为99.3%。结论犬嗅辨肺癌的准确率达99%以上,可作为肺癌早期筛查的辅助工具。Objective To evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of sniffer dog on diagnosis of human lung cancer.Method Blood was collected from 25 patients with lung cancer and 127 volunteers in the control group.Serum was used to be identified by sniffer dog under a double-blind setting.Result The sensitivity and specificity of sniffer dog identification of human lung cancer from normal control were 100%(95%CI:86.3%-100.0%),99.2%(95%CI:95.7%-99.9%),respectively.The positive predictive value was 96.2%(95%CI:78.0%-99.4%)and the negative predictive value was 100%.The accuracy of sniffer dog on diagnosis of human lung cancer was 99.3%.Conclusion Accuracy of deteting lung cancer by dog sniffing is over 99%,which can be used as an assistant tool for early screening of lung cancer.
