摘  要:为筛选出能促进草莓生长、提高果实品质最佳的褐藻酸寡糖,以草莓红颜为试验材料,开展了不同聚合度褐藻酸寡糖对草莓形态特征、叶片光合特性和品质的影响试验。结果表明,褐藻酸寡糖能提高草莓叶片的叶绿素相对含量,改善草莓叶片的光合特性,提高草莓根系活力。施用褐藻酸寡糖1号1000倍液(聚合度为50)后,草莓根直径、根长、根数和根体积均最大,草莓可溶性固形物、可溶性蛋白、花青素含量分别较清水对照显著提高21.78%、121.51%、22.50%,可滴定酸较清水对照降低18.58%。In order to screen out the best alginate oligosaccharides that can promote the growth of strawberry and improve the fruit quality,the effects of different polymerization degrees of alginate oligosaccharides on the morphological characteristics,leaf photosynthetic characteristics and quality of strawberry were studied with strawberry Hongyan as the experimental material.The results showed that alginate oligosaccharides could increase the relative content of chlorophyll in strawberry leaves,improve the photosynthetic characteristics of strawberry leaves and enhance the root activity of strawberry leaves.After applying alginate oligosaccharide No.1(polymerization degree 50)1000 times dilution,the diameter,length,number and volume of strawberry roots were the largest.Compared with the clear water control,the contents of soluble solid matter,soluble protein and anthocyanin of strawberry significantly increased by 21.78%,121.51%and 22.50%,respectively,and the titrable acid decreased by 18.58%.
