摘  要:为探明有机肥对夏黑葡萄的作用效果,以五年生根域限制鲜食夏黑葡萄为试材,采用“水肥一体化+根域限制葡萄—菌菇+菌渣还田”的资源循环利用模式,开展了有机肥对夏黑葡萄品质及经济效益的影响试验。结果表明:增施有机肥对夏黑葡萄外在品质和内在品质的提高有一定影响,但效果不显著;增施有机肥能提高夏黑葡萄产量,其中施用有机硅肥277.5 kg/hm^(2)效果最好,产量达11494.20 kg/hm^(2)。葡萄—菌菇立体种植能提高设施园艺的综合生产效益,施有机硅肥277.5 kg/hm^(2)纯收益最高,达168312.00元/hm^(2),较对照提高58.11%。在葡萄—菌菇立体种植模式下,增施有机肥能够实现葡萄增质提效、农业增效以及农民增收。In order to find out the effect of organic fertilizer on summer black grape,a test was carried out to study the effect of organic fertilizer on the quality and economic benefits of summer black grape by taking 5-year-old root zone-restricted summer black grape as test material and using the resource recycling mode of"integration of water and fertilizer+restricted root field grape-mushroom+mushroom residue returning to the field".The results showed that increased application of organic fertilizer had a certain effect on the improvement of external quality and internal quality of summer black grape,but the effect was not significant.Increased application of organic fertilizer could improve the yield of summer black grape,among which,organic silicon fertilizer 277.5 kg/hm^(2) had the best effect and the yield reached 11494.20 kg/hm^(2).The three-dimensional planting mode of grape-mushroom could improve the comprehensive production efficiency of facility horticulture,and the net yield of organic silicon fertilizer(277.5 kg/hm^(2))was the highest,reaching 168312.00 yuan/hm^(2),which was 58.11%higher than that of the control.Under the three-dimensional planting mode of grape-mushroom,increasing the application of organic fertilizer can improve grape quality and efficiency,agricultural efficiency and farmers′income.
