摘 要:为了明确苦参碱和联苯·虫螨腈混配使用防治茄子蓟马、豇豆蓟马的化学药剂减量作用和防效,本研究开展了田间小区药效试验。结果表明:药后1 d,0.3%苦参碱可溶液剂与10%联苯·虫螨腈悬浮剂减量30%混配使用、0.3%苦参碱可溶液剂与10%联苯·虫螨腈悬浮剂减量50%混配使用,茄子蓟马的虫口减退率分别为87.97%、90.28%,远好于10%联苯·虫螨腈悬浮剂单用(23.50%);药后7 d,0.3%苦参碱可溶液剂与10%联苯·虫螨腈悬浮剂减量30%混配使用防效仍达到64.29%。0.3%苦参碱可溶液剂与几种化学药剂混配使用防治豇豆蓟马,以0.3%苦参碱可溶液剂与10%联苯·虫螨腈悬浮剂混配使用防治效果最好,且持效期长,药后1、6 d防效分别达到91.72%、85.54%。因此,田间防治茄子蓟马、豇豆蓟马时,建议苦参碱与联苯·虫螨腈搭配使用。In order to clarify the chemical agents reduction effects and the control effects of matrine mixed with bifenthrin·chlorfenapyr against eggplant thrips and cowpea thrips,a field plot efficacy trial was conducted.The results showed that on the 1st day after treatment,the reduction rate of insect population of 0.3%matrine SL mixed with 10%bifenthrin·chlorfenapyr SC reduced by 30%,and 0.3%matrine SL mixed with 10%bifenthrin·chlorfenapyr SC reduced by 50%against eggplant thrips were 87.97%and 90.28%,respectively,much better than that of 10%bifenthrin·chlorfenapyr SC alone(23.50%);on the 7th day after treatment,the control effect of 0.3%matrine SL mixed with 10%bifenthrin·chlorfenapyr SC reduced by 30%still reached 64.29%.When using 0.3%matrine SL mixed with different chemical agents to control cowpea thrips,0.3%matrine SL mixed with 10%bifenthrin·chlorfenapyr SC had the best control effect,and with a long effective duration,the control effect reached 91.72%and 85.54%on the 1st day and the 6th day after treatment,respectively.Therefore,when control-ling eggplant thrips and cowpea thrips in the fields,it is recommended to use matrine mixed with bifenthrin·chlorfenapyr.
