摘 要:为了探究健康和感染叶斑病害黄精叶片内生真菌群落的结构差异,采用Illumina NovaSeq技术对健康和染病黄精叶片内真菌的ITS rDNA进行测序,分析两组样品物种多样性和群落结构。结果显示,染病叶片内物种多样性较健康叶片无显著变化,但物种丰度显著降低。染病叶片中的优势菌群为担孢酵母属、刺盘孢属、链格孢属和宙斯沸耳属,而健康叶片中的附球霉属、毛壳菌属和枝孢属的比例显著高于染病叶片。本研究发现,叶斑病害会导致染病黄精叶片内生真菌群落的丰度下降,使某些有害物种优势生长。该研究可为黄精叶斑病病害的防治提供参考。In order to explore the difference of endophyte community structure in Polygonatum sibiricum between healthy leaves and spot disease infected leaves,Illumina NovaSeq technology was used to sequence the ITS rDNA of fungi in healthy and infected P.sibiricum leaves,and the species diversity and community structure of the two groups of samples were analyzed.The results showed that species diversity in infected group was not significantly different from that in healthy group,but the species abundance was significantly lower than that in healthy group.The dominant genus in infected group were Erythrobasidium,Colletotrichum,Alternaria and Dioszegia,while the proportions of Epicoccum,Chaetomium and Cladosporium in healthy group were significantly higher than those in infected group.This study found that the abundance of endophytic fungi community in infected leaves decreased due to the leaf spot disease,which led to dominant growth of some harmful species.This study could provide a reference for the prevention and control of leaf spot disease of P.sibiricum.
