摘 要:为提高猪场的饲养管理水平,实现母猪科学、精量饲喂,本文研究了一套应用于母猪智能化饲喂系统的配料模块。该配料模块可通过计算机实现人机对话,根据母猪妊娠阶段及成长规律制定饲喂计划,完成母猪的精量智能饲喂。通过计算机操控可编程逻辑控制器PLC对配料器进行控制,可实现多点同时投料;通过电子称重传感器探测配料器的投料重量,并采集、传输称重信息,从而实现精准投料。经生产测试,9SW-60型母猪智能化饲喂系统配料模块使投料平均偏差低于1.62%,实现了精量定时饲喂;采用螺旋轴通过正、反转控制密封球升降进行配料和放料,使该饲喂系统总体造价降低36%以上,填补了母猪单栏饲养模式智能化精量饲喂设备的空白。In order to improve the feeding and management level of sows in pig farm and realize the scientific and precise feeding of sows,this paper studied a set of batching module used in the intelligence feeding system for sows.The batching module can realize man-machine dialogue through computer,make feeding plan according to sow pregnancy stages and growth law,and complete the precise intelligence feeding of sows.The programmable logic controller PLC is manipulated by a computer to control the batching device,so that multi-point simultaneous feeding can be realized;the electronic weighing sensor detects the feeding weight of the batching device,collects and transmits the weighing information,then realizes the precise feeding.Through production testing,the batching module of the 9SW-60 type sow intelligence feeding system can make the average feeding error less than 1.62%,and the precise timing feeding is realized.The spiral shaft is used to control the rise and fall of the sealing ball through forward and backward rotation to carry out the filling and the discharge,so that the overall cost of the feeding system is reduced by more than 36%,which fills in the blank of intelligence precise feeding equipment for sows in single fence feeding mode.
