摘　　要：针对现有破膜掏苗器功能单一、破膜易伤烟苗及手动破膜掏苗劳动强度大等问题,本文设计了一种新型烟草专用破膜掏苗器。该器具主体使用微型转动电机提供动力,通过转动连接筒进行动力传递,并通过环切筒实现机械化破膜掏苗。此外,通过连接套杆的设计实现了便捷操作、自动限位、精准定位等功能。经测试,新型烟草专用破膜掏苗器结构简单紧凑且操作性能好,符合技术规范和质量要求,对农业机械化发展有明显的促进作用。Aiming at the problems such as the single function of the existing film breaker seedling scooper,easy to hurt the seedling when breaking film,and high labor intensity of the manual film breaking and seedling scooping,this paper designed a new tobacco special film breaker seedling scooper.The device used a micro rotating motor to provide power,conducted the power transmission by rotating the connecting cylinder,and realized mechanized film breaking seedling scooping through the ring cutting cylinder.In addition,the design of connecting sleeve rod achieved convenient operation,automatic limit,accurate positioning and other functions.Through testing,the new tobacco special film breaking seedling scooper was simple and compact in structure and good in operation performance,which was in compliance with the technical specifications and quality requirements,and had an obvious promoting effect on the development of agricultural mechanization.
