摘　　要：本文以中烟100为试验材料,利用全闭式热泵密集烤房与开放式热泵密集烤房(CK)进行烤烟烘烤试验,比较了两类烤房的温度、湿度、关键温度点平面温差、排湿量、烤后烟经济性状、外观质量。结果表明:与开放式热泵密集烤房相比,全闭式热泵密集烤房的升温和排湿过程更加稳定,关键温度点平面温差小,不同部位及成熟度的烟叶烘烤耗电量变化幅度小;全闭式热泵密集烤房与开放式热泵密集烤房排湿特点一致,呈现定色期大量排湿的情况;与开放式热泵密集烤房相比,全闭式热泵密集烤房上部叶的干烟成本降低了0.05元/kg,中部叶及上部叶的均价分别提高了2.60%、9.27%,上部叶上等烟比例提高了7.4个百分点,柠檬黄烟比例有所提高,青杂烟比例明显降低,烤后烟叶外观质量(主要包括身份、油分、色度)有所提高。Taking Zhongyan 100 as the experimental material,this paper conducted tobacco baking experiments by using fully closed heat pump intensive curing barn and open heat pump intensive curing barn(CK).The temperature,humidity,key temperature point plane temperature difference,dehumidification capacity,post curing tobacco economic characteristics and appearance quality of the two types of curing barns were compared.The results showed that compared with the open heat pump intensive curing barn,the fully closed heat pump intensive curing barn had a more stable heating and dehumidification process,a smaller key temperature point plane temperature difference,and a smaller variation in the electricity consumption of tobacco at different parts and maturity levels.The dehumidification characteristics of the fully closed heat pump intensive baking barn were consistent with those of the open heat pump intensive baking barn,showing a large amount of dehumidification during the fixed color period.Compared with the open heat pump intensive curing barn,the cost of dry tobacco of the upper leaves in the fully closed type heat pump intensive curing barn decreased by 0.05 yuan/kg.The average price of the middle and upper leaves increased by 2.60%and 9.27%,respectively.The superior tobacco proportion of the upper leaves increased by 7.4 percentage points.The proportion of lemon tobacco increased,while the proportion of green variegated tobacco significantly decreased.The appearance quality of the cured tobacco(mainly including identity,oil and color)improved.
