数字林业建设现状与思考

摘　　要：林业在我国国民经济中占有重要地位,是一项重要的公益事业。林业的发展与国民经济和社会的发展密切相关,其既是国民经济和社会发展的重要组成部分,又是生态文明建设的基础产业。数字林业是对林业资源、生态环境、林业经济活动进行全面、综合和动态管理的一种现代化手段。数字林业是信息技术与森林资源管理的集成,是基于数字地球、地理信息系统和全球定位系统,利用现代信息技术,对森林资源和生态环境进行全方位、全过程和实时监测与管理。我国目前正在加快数字林业建设,并取得明显成效。该文从数字林业概念入手,探讨当前我国数字林业建设现状及存在问题,并提出一些思考意见。Forestry occupies an important position in our national economy and is an important public welfare undertaking.The development of forestry is closely related to the development of national economy and society.It is not only an important part of national economic and social development,but also the basic industry of ecological civilization construction.Digital forestry is a modern means to comprehensively,comprehensively and dynamically manage forestry resources,ecological environment and forestry economic activities.Digital forestry is the integration of information technology and forest resources management.Based on digital earth,geographic information system and global positioning system,digital forestry uses modern information technology to monitor and manage forest resources and ecological environment in all directions,in the whole process and in real time.At present,China is speeding up the construction of digital forestry,and has achieved remarkable results.Starting with the concept of digital forestry,this paper discusses the present situation and existing problems of digital forestry construction in China,and puts forward some suggestions.
