摘 要:综合稻田净水和循环水跑道养鱼的优势,利用稻田进排水渠道空间,提出一种新型稻田净水与循环水跑道养殖互惠共生系统的工艺设计方法,通过系统内循环、地表水补充的方式,确保系统各部分的正常运行,初次用水为地表水引入;系统内循环水的处理工艺部分由净水区、清水池、过滤池、沉淀池及稻田处理区域5部分组成。示范工程效果表明,在没占用稻田种植面积的情况下,每条养殖水槽可年产成鱼5000 kg,相当于新增精养池塘5~10亩,试验区水稻亩产588 kg,同比增产7.5%。该研究提出的工艺可实现稻田跑道养鱼一体化装备,可为稻田精准化、集约化养殖生产和延伸生态农业产业链提供重要的科技支撑。Combining the advantages of fish culture using clean water and circulating waterrunwaysin the paddy field,and making use of the space of paddy field inlet and drainage channels,this paper puts forward a new process design method of reciprocal symbiotic system of paddy field clean water and circulating water runway culture.Through the circulation in the system and the replenishment of surface water,the normal operation of all parts of the system is ensured,and the surface water is introduced for the first time.The treatment process of circulating water in the system consists of five parts:clean water area,clear water tank,filter tank,sedimentation tank,and paddy field treatment area.The effect of the demonstration project shows that without occupying the planting area of rice fields,each aqueduct can produce 5000 kilograms of adult fish per year,which is equivalent to 5 million mu of intensive culture ponds,and the yield of rice in the experimental area is 588 kg per mu,an increase of 7.5 per cent over the same period last year.The technology proposed in this study can realize the integrated equipment of rice field runway fish culture,and can provide important scientific and technological support for rice field precision,intensive culture production and extension of eco-agricultural industry chain.
