摘　　要：融媒体新闻从业者需要准确把握融媒体模式底层逻辑,有力驱动新闻采编、报道与传播机制的全面升级,最终实现立意共融、宣传互通、内容兼容与资源共享的新闻舆论工作新样态。基于此,新闻工作者须在政治思想、专业技能、传播理念以及新闻实践等维度,加强新闻道德自我修养,着力提升新闻媒体的舆论公信力与传播力。Converged media news practitioners need to accurately grasp the underlying logic of the converged media model,effectively drive the comprehensive upgrade of news collection,editing,reporting,and dissemination mechanisms,and finally realize a new form of news and public opinion work that integrates ideas,publicity interoperability,content compatibility,and resource sharing.Based on this,journalists must strengthen self-cultivation of news ethics in the dimensions of political thought,professional skills,communication concepts,and news practice,and strive to improve the credibility and communication power of news media.
