摘 要:针对某船用听力防护耳罩在强舱室噪声条件下,防护性能不佳的实际问题,提出一种主动听力防护型耳罩改进结构,考虑该耳罩内部扬声器对环境噪声参考传声器的影响,基于前馈型、反馈型及复合型主动防护策略开展听力防护试验研究。结果表明:在某型离心泵工作噪声条件下,传统无源式耳罩防护效果仅为10.32 dB,主动听力防护耳罩防护能力可达30.30 dB,能显著解提升耳罩听力防护能力,可为后期船用听力防护耳罩改进与应用提供技术支撑。Aiming at the problem of poor protection performance of some marine hearing protection earmuffs under the condition of strong cabin noise,an improved structure of active hearing protection earmuff is proposed.Considering the influence of the internal speaker of the earmuff on the ambient noise reference microphone,hearing protection experiments are carried out using feedforward,feedback and composite active protection strategies.The results show that under the working noise condition of a certain type of centrifugal pump,the protection effect of traditional passive earmuffs is only 10.32 dB,and the protection effect of the active hearing protection earmuffs can reach 30.30 dB.So,the hearing protection ability of earmuffs is significantly improved.This work may provide a technical support for the improvement and application of marine hearing protection earmuffs in future.
