实施自贸试验区提升战略的六大任务

摘　　要：党的二十大报告首次提出“实施自由贸易试验区提升战略”,是在新时代新征程上对自贸试验区高质量发展作出的新的战略部署。自贸试验区作为我国自主开放的伟大实践,是我国自主开放模式的重大突破,是“六个必须坚持”的重要体现,也是引领高质量发展的重要载体。为深入贯彻落实党的二十大精神,更好地实施自由贸易试验区提升战略,需要在提升上下功夫,围绕服务构建高水平社会主义市场经济体制、推动建设现代化产业体系、促进区域协调发展、引领高水平对外开放、发挥自贸试验区辐射带动作用、统筹开放与安全等重点,进一步提升制度创新能级、服务产业能级、区域协调能级、开放发展能级、联动发展能级和安全发展能级。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China first put forward the"implementation of the strategy of upgrading pilot free trade zone",which is a new strategic deployment for the high-quality development of the pilot free trade zone in the new era and on the new journey.As a great practice of China's independent opening up,the free trade pilot zone is a breakthrough in China's independent opening up mode,an important embodiment of the"six must adhere to",and an important carrier to lead high-quality development.In order to fully implement the spirit of the Party's 20 National Congress and better implement the strategy of upgrading pilot free trade zones,efforts need to be made to build a high-level socialist market economic system around services,promote the construction of a modern industrial system,promote coordinated regional development,lead a high-level opening up to the outside world,give play to the radiating leading role of pilot free trade zones,and coordinate openness and security.We will further raise the level of institutional innovation,service industries,regional coordination,open development,interconnected development,and safe development.
