摘 要:研究并建立了卷烟物理指标综合测试比对方法。选定1台准确性较高的基准仪器,根据仪器数量的不同,选择不同的检验方法。结果表明,参比仪器数量为2台时,应当采用F检验和t检验进行评价;当参比仪器数量为3台及以上时,应当采用单因素方差分析和多重比较法进行评价。各种假设检验方法均可以识别不同综合测试台测量结果之间的显著性差异情况,检验各仪器测量结果的准确性和一致性有助于发现误差,便于针对性地纠正和改进。In this paper,we established a cigarette physical index test bench comparison method.First,a higher accuracy reference instrument was selected.Then,according to the difference of the number of reference instruments,different hypothesis test methods were selected to verify the difference of the measurement results between reference instruments.Thus,the accuracy and consistency of the measurement results of each instrument was evaluated.The results showed that when the number of reference instruments was 2,the F test and t test are the best for evaluation.When the number of reference instruments was 3 or more,one-way ANOVA and multiple comparison methods could be used for evaluation.All the hypothesis testing methods coud identify the significant differences between the measurement results of different cigarette physical index test benches,and could verify the accuracy and consistency of the measurement results of each instrument,helping people find the error and providing specific improvements.
