摘  要:为了进一步明确宁夏地产枸杞中重金属汞(Hg)含量特征,以宁夏中宁、中卫、同心、红寺堡、银川、惠农6个不同产地235份样本为研究对象,首次采用直接测汞仪测定汞元素含量,结合统计学对6个产区枸杞中重金属汞含量进行差异性分析,通过单向污染指数(Pi)、Nenero综合污染指数(Pn)分析法,按照农产品质量分级标准、对其污染程度及安全性进行评价。结果表明,直接测汞仪无需样品前处理、快速、准确、检出限低、灵敏度高,能够满足枸杞样品高通量检测;6个产区枸杞中汞元素均有检出含量为0.0002~0.0010 mg/kg,但低于药典中标准限量值;通过对6个产区多重比较分析的结果表明,每个产区枸杞样本中汞元素含量都有其各自的特征,银川产区最高,中宁、中卫最低且相接近,彼此之间存在显著性差异(p<0.05);6个产区枸杞中重金属汞的综合污染指数在0.002~0.030,均小于0.7,其中银川产区枸杞的综合污染指数最高为0.03,整个宁夏产区质量等级属于一级,污染程度为安全,污染水平为清洁。In order to further clarify property heavy metal mercury(Hg)content in Chinese wolfberry in Ningxia,in NingxiaZhongning、Zhon wei、Tongxin、Hongsipu、Yinchuan、Huinong,235 samples of 6 different regions as the research object,for the first time the direct determination of mercury meter elemental mercury content,combined with statistics of heavy metal Hg content in 6 Chinese wolfberry producing difference analysis,Through one-way pollution index(Pi)and Nenero comprehensive pollution index(Pn)analysis,the pollution degree and safety of agricultural products were evaluated according to the quality classification standard.The results showed that the direct mercury meter required no sample pretreatment,was fast,accurate,low detection limit,high sensitivity,and could meet the requirements of high-throughput detection of Lycium barbarum samples.Mercury content in Lycium barbarum from 6 production areas was 0.0002~0.0010 mg/kg,which was lower than the standard limit value in pharmacopoeia.The results of multiple comparative analysis of six production areas showed that the mercury content of Lycium barbarum samples in each production area had its own characteristics,Yinchuan production area was the highest,Zhongning and Zhongwei were the lowest and close to each other,there were significant differences between each other(p<0.05).The comprehensive pollution index of mercury in Lycium barbarum in six production areas ranged from 0.002~0.030,all of which were less than 0.7.The highest comprehensive pollution index of Lycium barbarum in Yinchuan production area was 0.03.The quality grade of the whole Ningxia production area was grade one,the pollution degree was safe,and the pollution level was clean.
