摘 要:当前,我国相关方面的政策开始逐渐表现出向新能源汽车关联行业倾斜的趋势,促进了该产业的产能和新能源汽车销量的不断提升。在可预知的未来阶段,由于动力电池性能老化、系统升级等多种因素的影响,新能源汽车的报废数量必然大幅度增加。在这样的宏观背景下,以新能源汽车动力电池为核心的闭环供应链网络建设、优化工作就显得尤为重要,而政府也必须在相关问题的解决过程中彰显出更重要的价值和更突出的作用。基于此,文章将结合过往的研究经验和对有关政策、著述的解读与分析,从政府干预的角度出发,通过文献查阅、案例分析等方法获取相关资讯,围绕政府干预下的闭环供应链网络优化进行分析并提出相应的见解和策略性建议,以资相关研究者参阅、分析。Currently,policies in relevant areas in China are gradually showing a trend of tilting towards the new energy vehicle related industry,which has led to the continuous increase in the industry's production capacity and sales of new energy vehicles.In the foreseeable future,the number of scrapped new energy vehicles will also inevitably increase due to factors such as the aging of power batteries and system upgrades.In this macro background,the construction and optimization of a closed-loop supply chain network centered on new energy vehicle power batteries becomes particularly important,and the government must also demonstrate more important value and more prominent role in the process of solving relevant issues.Based on this,the article will combine past research experience and interpretation and analysis of relevant policies and writings,starting from the perspective of government intervention,obtain relevant information through literature review,case analysis,and other methods,analyze the optimization of closed-loop supply chain networks under government intervention,and propose corresponding insights and strategic suggestions for reference and analysis of relevant researchers.
