摘　　要：汽车动力总成试验室工艺水系统为试验室提供试验所用的冷冻水和常温水,用于试验区恒温设备温度调控及办公区空调制冷,完成试验室内外部能量交换,保证试验室正常运行。通过自主设计一套故障自诊断系统,针对工艺水管路中主要部件单元进行状态监测和故障预警,当部件出现故障时,系统可以自动确定故障位置,对故障进行诊断分析,同时发出报警信号,运维人员接到报警信号后,及时到达现场进行故障处理,恢复设备功能,保障工艺水系统正常工作,提升系统数智化程度。The process water system of the new energy laboratory provides chilled water and room temperature water for the test room,which is used for temperature control of the constant temperature equipment in the test area and air conditioning refrigeration in the of-fice arca.It completes the energy cxchange between the outside of the test room and ensures the normal operation of the test room.By independently designing a fault self-diagnosis system,the system monitors and warns the status of the main component units in the process water pipeline.When a component malfunctions,the system can automatically determine the fault location,diagnose and ana-lyze the fault,and issue an alarm signal.After reciving the alarm signal,the operation and maintenance personnel arrive at the site in a timely manner to handle the fault,restore equipment functions,ensure the normal operation of the process water system,and improve the level of system digital intelligence.
