摘  要:目的:通过光镜、荧光显微镜观测猪心传导系统的形态学特点。方法:取新鲜猪心,通过局部解剖学方法明确心传导系统细胞的位置,经Masson染色验证后用心传导细胞的特异性标记物结蛋白作进一步的确认。结果:猪的窦房结和房室结细胞均呈小而不规则的椭圆形,中间有结动脉穿过;房室束细胞呈长条索状,左、右束支细胞形成分散排列的椭圆形细胞束,左束支细胞呈2~3行规律排列于心内膜下,右束支细胞成团分布;浦肯野细胞呈单行空泡状排列于心内膜下。传导细胞周围均有大量纤维结缔组织,结蛋白在这些传导细胞中均有不同程度的表达。结论:经Masson染色明确了猪心的传导系统细胞位置,并且得到了结蛋白的证实,为猪心传导系统的基础研究提供了生物学资料。Objective:This study aims to observe and identify the morphological characteristics of porcine cardiac conduction system using light microscopy and fluorescence microscopy.Methods:The cardiac conduction system was located by topography in fresh porcine hearts and identified using Masson staining,followed by further validation using desmin,a specific marker for cardiac conduction cells.Results:Porcine sinoatrial and atrioventricular cells were characterized as small and irregular spherical,with nodal arteries running through the middle.Atrioventricular bundle cells were elongated and slender,left and right bundle branch cells formed narrow,discrete,rounded groups of fascicles,left bundle branch cells were arranged in 2 to 3 rows beneath the endocardium,and right bundle branch cells were distributed in clusters.Purkinje cells were arranged in the subendocardium in a single line.The conductive cells were surrounded by a large amount of fibrous connective tissue.Desmin was expressed to varying degrees in these transduction cells.Conclusion:The porcine cardiac conduction system cells are confirmed by Masson staining and subsequently also by desmin.This study provides biological data for the fundamental study of the porcine cardiac conduction system.
