基于复杂网络分析针灸治疗功能性便秘的腧穴优选及配伍规律

摘　　要：目的:分析针灸治疗功能性便秘的腧穴优选及配伍规律。方法:通过检索近20年中国知网、万方医学网、维普医药、中国生物医学文献服务系统、PubMed、ScienceDirect等数据库,选取其中公开发表的针灸治疗功能性便秘的临床研究文献,采用数据挖掘技术及复杂网络分析文献中的腧穴优选及配伍规律。结果:共检索到1224篇文献,筛选出有效文献178篇,处方178条,穴位89个。其中天枢选用频次最高,占腧穴选用总频次的15.9%;足阳明胃经选用频次最高,占经脉选用总频次的30.3%。经复杂网络分析,共筛选出13个针灸治疗功能性便秘的核心腧穴;核心腧穴之间关联性最强的是天枢-上巨虚,天枢、足三里-上巨虚。结论:针灸治疗功能性便秘以选用特定穴募合、俞募配伍为主,远近选穴相结合,兼用按部位配穴和按经脉配穴,重视整体观念,平衡阴阳。Objective:To analyze acupoint selection and compatibility rules of acupuncture in the treatment of functional constipation.Methods:By searching the databases of CNKI,Wanfang Medical Network,VIP Medicine,Chinese Biomedical Literature,PubMed,ScienceDirect,etc.in the past 20 years,the published clinical research literature on acupuncture for functional constipation was selected,and data mining technology and complex network were used to analyze the acupoint selec-tion and compatibility rules in the literature.Results:A total of 1224 articles were retrieved in this study,including 178 valid articles,178 prescriptions and 89 acupoints.Among them,the frequency of Tian Shu was the highest,accounting for 15.9%of the total frequency of acupoint selection;the Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian was the most frequently selected,accounting for 30.3%of the total frequency of meridian selection.After complex network analysis,13 core acupoints for functional constipation were selected;the strongest correlations among the core acupoints were Tianshu-Shangjuxu,and Tianshu-Zusanli-Shang-juxu.Conclusion:In the treatment of functional constipation with acupuncture and moxibustion,the compatibility of specific acupoints(Mu acupoint+Xiahe acupoint,Shu acupoint+Mu acupoint)is mainly selected,the combination of the distant and near acupoints is taken,and the combination of acupoints according to location and meridian is also used.The holistic concept is attached importance to balance Yin and Yang.
