摘　　要：良性前列腺增生的发病及临床进展患者逐年增加,已成为威胁中老年男性身心健康的重要疾病。超声检查作为良性前列腺增生的首选检查方法,可有效地了解前列腺大小、形态及疾病进展状态。然而,因各级医疗中心超声检查水平的不同及对前列腺增生疾病超声诊疗认识的差异,目前,超声诊断对前列腺增生临床诊疗的指导尚需规范化。据此,我们制定了《前列腺增生超声诊断专家共识》,以实现良性前列腺增生超声诊断的科学化、准确化及规范化,便于疾病的精准防控及全程化管理。The incidence rate and clinical progression of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)are increasing yearly,and it is becoming an important disease threatening both physical and mental health conditions of middle-aged and elderly men.As the first-line detection method for BPH,ultrasonography can effectively reveal the morphology of the prostate and the progress of the disease.However,due to different standards of ultrasound detection in medical centers across all levels and the differences in the understanding of ultrasound diagnosis and treatment of BPH,the current guidance of ultrasound diagnosis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of BPH needs to be further standardized.In light of this,we formulated the“Expert Consensus on Ultrasound Diagnosis of BPH”to achieve the scientific,accurate and standardized ultrasound diagnosis of BPH,and to facilitate the precise prevention and control of BPH and the whole-process management.
