摘  要:借助数值模拟重点分析了260 t转炉六孔氧枪的氧枪倾角、马赫数和工作压力对射流的偏转、聚并行为的影响。结果表明:不同出口马赫数的临界角不同,260 t转炉六孔氧枪的临界角为7.43°~8.40°;使用偏转系数a_(3)描述射流中心线偏转程度,氧枪倾角小于临界倾斜角时a_(3)均值为6.72,氧枪倾角大于临界倾斜角时a_(3)均值为4.29;射流聚并行为受几何中心轴线负压与射流中心线速度的协同影响,当工作压力大于设计压力时,射流中心线偏转程度不变。With the help of numerical simulation,the influence of inclination angle,Mach number and working pressure of six-hole oxygen lance of 260 t converter on jet deflection and coalescence behavior is analyzed.The results show that the critical angle of six-hole oxygen lance of 260 t converter is different with different outlet Mach numbers,and the critical angle is 7.43°~8.40°;According to the deflection coefficient a_(3),the jet deflection degree is described,which is 6.72 when it is smaller than the critical tilt angle and 4.29 when it is larger than the critical tilt angle.The coalescence behavior of jet is affected by the synergistic effect of the negative pressure of geometric central axis and the linear velocity of jet center.When the working pressure is higher than the design pressure,the deflection degree will remain unchanged.
